Abstract

3Com Corp. commissioned The Tolly Group to benchmark the layer 2 zero-loss throughput of the CoreBuilder 9000 in both a 24-port Gigabit Ethernet and 240-port Fast Ethernet configuration. These configurations demonstrate the maximum throughput capacity (48 Gbit/s aggregate) of the CB9000's 24-port, Gigabit Ethernet switch module.
