Abstract

Foundry Networks commissioned The Tolly Group to evaluate the performance scalability and the Denial-of-Service attack prevention capabilities of the ServerIron 400.

Extensive performance testing was conducted using both layer 4 and layer 7 data streams with over 100,000 connections per second attained at layer 4 and over 25,000 connections per second attained at layer 7.
