Abstract

Avaya’s Converged Network Analyzer (CNA) software represents a comprehensive approach to network monitoring, application-based assessment, and network optimization. CNA creates a WAN network infrastructure that is self healing and self-optimizing, which helps businesses assure the availability and performance for VoIP and other business-critical application users.

To illustrate CNA's wide array of capabilities, Avaya built a comprehensive, multi-location Enterprise "microcosm" in the company's Doral, FL, Customer Solutions Lab facility. The company commissioned The Tolly Group to conduct a detailed examination of these capabilities "in action" and provide an analysis of the results and their implications for Enterprise customers.
