Abstract

Citrix Online commissioned Tolly to evaluate two possible models for implementing secure remote desktop access: Citrix's GoToMyPC Corporate software as a service (SaaS) versus provisioning remote desktop access using traditional virtual private network (VPN) technology as the basic connectivity enabler.

Tolly evaluated key aspects of both approaches and also built out a TCO model for deployments of 50, 100 and 500 users using each approach.
