Exchange 2010 Solution Design and Deployment Analysis: HP E5000 Converged Apps vs. Traditional

Abstract

To maximize customer value, reduce cost and complexity and, ultimately, reduce time to deployment, HP and Microsoft have partnered to deliver pre-configured, pre-integrated email “machines”, based on the new converged applications (converged apps) model, that leverage the products and expertise of both companies.

Hewlett-Packard Company commissioned Tolly to evaluate HP’s new email machine, the HP E5000 Messaging System, to confirm that the offering delivers the benefits promised with converged apps while comparing the design and deployment of the HP messaging system to a comparable Dell messaging system designed and deployed using traditional methods.
