Abstract
The Tolly Group, under its former name InterLAB, ran a multi-vendor performance test of local Token Ring bridges.
The Olicom boards are based on the Texas Instruments (TI) TMS380 s token ring chip set. It achieved source-route bridging throughput of 15.88Mbps.
This appliance is a two-port bridge
The Olicom bridge supports a maximum frame size of 8,192 bytes.
