In the world of distributed organizations, business travel, and telecommuting, today’s remote users require reliable, efficient access to key corporate data. The ability to transfer files, access customer databases, and run enterprise applications has become a necessity for many remote users. However, the need for LAN-to-LAN internetworking remains.

As a result, many network managers are looking to implement a single cost-effective solution which will satisfy both the remote LAN access and the LAN-to-LAN routing requirements.

D-Link Corporation commissioned The Tolly Group to certify the netXpand DI-1180 remote LAN access router/server as Enterprise Ready. The netXpand DI-1180 successfully completed the battery of 23 rigorous tests and was awarded Enterprise Ready certification.

D-Link Corporation also commissioned The Tolly Group to certify specific features and functions of the netXpand DI-1180 as Up to Spec. The Tolly Group awarded its Up to Spec certification to the netXpand DI-1180.
